We take the privacy of everyone who uses trehk seriously — riders, drivers, and package senders alike. Our full Privacy Policy is being finalized in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and will set out exactly what information we collect (such as your name, phone number, and trip details), how we use it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and your rights as a data subject — including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
